“I believe the greatest gift I can conceive of having from anyone is to be seen, heard, understood and touched by them. The greatest gift I can give is to see, hear, understand and touch another person. When this is done, I feel contact has been made.”
Virginia Satir (1916-1988, “the Mother of Family Therapy”)
For a life with “authentic happiness”, positive relationships are as important as personal life goals and a life with meaning. In relationships, we can be hurt, but we can also be healed. My goal is to support the “healing in the meeting”.
My assumption is that there is a “self-healing force” within each member of a family and within the family as a whole, and that this can be mobilized during the consultation. The focus of our work together is your personal concerns and needs. I advise and accompany you in bringing about your goals and desired changes.
Three fundamental principles guide my work: the multi-generational perspective, the family life cycle, and the interaction between family members. I am open to work with all forms of family formations.
You can bring all sorts of themes, problems and goals, including:
- Changes in your life situation;
- You have lived as an estranged couple;
- An outside relationship has taken place;
- Your partner doesn’t understand you/you don’t understand your partner;
- You no longer talk about your concerns;
- As a couple, your needs for closeness and intimacy are increasingly divergent;
- You do not know whether to stay together or to separate;
- You have an “empty nest”, without your children, and you cannot find your way in this situation.
Systemic family and couple therapy, involving various specific methods from sociometry and psychodrama, e.g. family sculpture, family reconstruction, role play, or sociometric family constellation.
During the first consultation, we gain an overview together and plan how to proceed. The duration of the counselling process depends largely on your goals and needs. The duration of a session is 90 minutes.

”Orsolya is spirited, dynamic and convincing. Her work is characterized by readiness for action, an active focus on the client, and the search for constructive solutions. Orsolya is a person with inner depths, with a profoundly spiritual personal experience, interest and knowledge. She is honest to herself and the surrounding world, and to the other person who is engaged in the meeting. At the same time, however, she expects the same attitude from the other party. Her personality and professional skills guarantee a high level of competence. I recommend her wholeheartedly and without hesitation.”
